Requesting Password Reset

1. Login on BRISmart User via url https://brismart.bri.co.id/users/login
   

2. Select Forgot Password
   

3. Fill PN BRISmart or office email that has been registered on BRISmart
   

4. Fill NIP

   

5. Make sure You've fill email/PN and NIP, then select Forgot Password
   

6. System will sent reset password email
   

   
   

Checking Reset Password Email and Changing Password

1. Check Your email inbox for the new credentials
   

2. Open BRISmart User via url https://brismart.bri.co.id/users/login login with the credentials that has been sent earlier to Your email and fill the captcha
   

3. Fill “User ID” and “Old Password” according to the credentials sent earlier to Your email. After that, on “New Password” fill with Your desired new password, then select Change Password
   

4. BRISmart will show “Success change password” information
   

5. Login with Your new credentials

6. On Your first login, make sure to input Your Zoom email
   

7. Finish
